This picture is a little out of date, I’ve lost 40lbs.

Last year I told all of you that signing up for my newsletter was the biggest way to support me through my stomach removal journey and that was true. But I didn’t keep my end of the bargain by sending out updates as often as I felt I should have. I’ll be honest, I didn’t feel like I had many updates but looking back I don’t think I had the mental capacity to keep up with a newsletter in the middle of my life being turned upside down.

And then about a month ago you started to see emails from me about my new course, that’s still available by the way. But those emails were the first time that I’d sent anything out since mid July of 2025 which as a consumer just feels icky to see. So I apologize doing that

Over the last year I’ve been learning a lot about my new system and while I’m by no means 100% used to my new system, I do feel more settled and able to send out more regular updates. My second daughter was born and healthy, my toddler isn’t a toddler anymore and in elementary school, my home renovation is done, and our family routines just feel normal for the first time in three years.

Now I can share updates about my YouTube Channel, my new content on short form, what I’m sharing on threads, and any organizations I’m working with to help make the world a better place.

So thanks for still being here and let’s get to the updates!

On YouTube

My New Interview Show: That thumbnail is from my new series I’m calling “Eating with Friends”. It’s a mix of carpool karaoke, chicken shop date, and comedians in cars getting coffee. The first episode was with Miles Bonsignore, the second episode was with Grace Helibig, the third episode was with Clayton Farris, and coming up I have 12 more guests that I can’t wait for you to see. They’re releasing once a week on Tuesdays at 10am PT so subscribe and don’t miss out!

Three Different Ways: In this series I’m testing Life Hacks in, you guessed it, three different ways. After four years of being a full time life hacker I thought I should test them back to back in a single place. The one that I uploaded recently was getting the scratches off of plates. It was the first time that I tried any of the life hacks which felt insane since I’ve been doing it so long. It was a lot of fun!

No Stupid Questions: In these videos I just want to answer questions that people feel stupid for asking. I’m pulling them from reddit to see what the response is but then answering them myself. Questions like “how do parents not die from sleep deprivations?” or, “Can I win in a fight with a hippo?”. Just a lot of fun to see what’s on reddit and give my two cents to reassure who ever see’s it that there are no stupid questions.

What’s next:

A lot that I want to get right before I share too much or over promise. But some of these guests are EXCITING. But for now, thanks for reading.

Most Men Notice Aging All at Once

Men's skin is 25% thicker than women's. That sounds like an advantage. It isn't. Thicker skin delays the visible signs of aging — until collagen drops. And when it drops, it drops hard: heavier eye bags, deeper wrinkles, dark spots, loss of firmness. All at once. Most men were never taught to get ahead of it. That's where Particle Face Cream comes in. A 6-in-1 formula engineered specifically for men's skin — reduces eye bags, dark spots, and wrinkles, restores firmness, hydrates deeply, revives dull tone. Two minutes a day. No complicated routine. Over 1,000,000 men already use it. Try it risk-free with a 30-day money-back guarantee. 20% off with code BH20.
